Golf Club at Heather Ridge is now open to the public

With new HRMD ownership, the public is now invited to use the Heather Ridge trails during non golfing times to snow shoe, cross country ski, walk, etc. It is important this activity is limited only on the trails and only during non golf times. For your safety and other reasons, if you are using the trail and spot golfers, or are asked by golfer(s) or golf employees you must exit the trails.

Heather Ridge Metropolitan District No.1 (HRMD01) Meeting Minutes

The HRMD district accountant (Simmons & Wheeler P.C.) prepares required & formal financial statements.  The HRMD directors publish them on the UAHR.org / HR Metro District website page. The format & content of the statements is dictated by the State of Colorado because the HRMD is a government. In addition to the accountant’s formal statements, the HRMD directors have elected to also place an updated Sources and Uses of Funds statement from the 12/1/2009 bond proceeds (itemizing capital improvements). This is not prepared by the accountant, but the accountant does see this before it is published.
